Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program is created by the Government of Pakistan, so that children belonging to backward areas can get education. This program was started in the year 2012 so that those children who belong to poor and deserving families can also get education and they can make their name famous by getting education. The purpose of this program is to provide financial assistance to children for educational expenses and to reduce the dropout rate. This program is a part of Benazir Income Support Program which is currently the largest welfare network in Pakistan and many people have been helped by this program. And along with them, their children are also being helped in education so that the children of the poor can also study in schools. This is the reason why this program has been named after the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto.

Eligibility Criteria 

Benazir Education Scholarship is a government program, which provides monthly financial assistance to children belonging to poor and deserving families.   • The mother of the student applicant should be a regular beneficiary of the Benazir Kafalat scheme.
  • The student applicant should have the BAY form issued by NADRA.
  • The monthly income of the family of the student applicant should be less than Rs 30,000.
  • The student applicant should be studying in a recognized government institution.
  • The student applicant should have more than 70% school attendance to get the scholarship.
  • The applicants should not have been previously a part of any other government assistance scheme.

Per Quarter Education Stipend

Benazir Education Scholarships provide financial assistance to students, so that they can continue their education in a better way. In primary school, boys are given a monthly stipend of Rs 2,000 and girls are given Rs 2,500 per month, so that these students can continue their education in a better way.

Similarly, secondary education students are given a stipend of Rs 3,000 every three months, while girls are given a stipend of Rs 3,500.

Students of higher secondary education are given Rs 4,000 every three months and girls are given Rs 4,500. Along with this, a special bonus of 3000 is provided to girls on completion of primary education, which is a very high initiative by the government to maintain the educational interest of girls.

Complete Registration in Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program
